Personalised guidance for
creating your sacred space
Over the years, I have embraced opportunities and invitations to develop my creativity, intuition, and deep, sensitive listening, and I love to evoke these qualities to create a safe and supportive space for others to approach, process, and honor life’s transitions, endings, and new beginnings.
These sessions can take the form of a meditation, ritual, workshop, or intentional circle space. It can be a private or semi-private experience, indoors or outdoors in nature.
Each time someone calls upon their support network for a circle experience, each person receives the precious gift of dropping in to themselves and engaging in the co-creation of a unique and transformative space and time.
These spaces address a universal need we have as humans to have a container to process our experiences…with the perpetual movement of the wheel of the year, the seasons mirror our own inner seasons – times of change and transition, of release and mourning, as well as expansion and renewal.
In this way, we participate fully with the rhythms of life and the natural cycles of nature. With simple but meaningful and intentional gestures and activities, we re-connect to ourselves, to our feelings and needs, to teachings and wisdom, to the beauty of being able to celebrate being alive and to be able to experience the whole spectrum of human being-ness.
These mindful experiences, whether individual, as a family, or shared with a larger group of loved ones, are a beautiful way to dance with the flow of life with greater ease, clarity, and grace.
